|Description of the project:
||The unique landscape of Pushkinskie Gory Museum and the whole Reserve area can be ruined by new houses that are built in the villages. Newly rich people don't realize that they should build houses stylistically close to those of Pushkin period. The Museum gives to every new resident a list of requirements which are not followed because the owners argue that a Pushkin period building can be much too expensive; besides the Museum recommendations are too limited and can't be really used during the construction.
The Museum can't use the budget money on compiling a catalogue of typical houses that can be allowed for building in the vicinity of the Museum. It is necessary to develop detailed typical projects of 5 to 8 types for residential houses and 10 to 12 types for other constructions that could be built around the Museum area.
Project budget: 8 to 12 million USD
